An excellent line-up of keynote and plenary speakers will lead discussion on current and future research and practice in sensory & consumer testing and engagement at Pangborn 2023.

We welcome contributions from fundamental and applied sensory and consumer scientists representing industry and academia. Submission deadlines are as follows:
