=== Overview ===
Town Hall The main objective of the ADBIS series of conferences is to provide a forum for the dissemination of research accomplishments and to promote interaction and collaboration between the database and information systems research communities from Central and East European countries and the rest of the world. The ADBIS conferences provide an international platform for the presentation of research on database theory, development of advanced DBMS technologies, and their advanced applications. The conference will consist of regular sessions with technical contributions reviewed and selected by an international program committee, as well as of invited talks presented by leading scientists. The official language of the conference will be English. The conference will be held in Poznan (September 18-21, 2012). === Important dates ==== Main conference April 7, 2012 Submission deadline May 14, 2012 Notification of paper acceptance June 15, 2012 Camera-ready papers September 18-21, 2012 Conference Workshops, Tutorials, Panels January 14, 2012 Submission of workshop, tutorial, and panel proposals January 21, 2012 Notification of workshop, tutorial, and panel acceptance September 17, 2012 Workshops PhD consortium May 12, 2012 Submission deadline for PhD papers June 9, 2012 Notification of PhD paper acceptance June 30, 2012 Camera ready PhD papers September 17, 2012 PhD consortium Program Committee General Chair Tadeusz Morzy Poznań University of Technology, Poland Program Committee Co-Chairs Theo Haerder Kaiserslautern University of Technology, Germany Robert Wrembel Poznań University of Technology, Poland === Call for Papers === Original papers dealing with both theory and/or applications of database technology and information systems are solicited.
