HOPE is an established informal workshop bringing together researchers
interested in the design, semantics, implementation, and verification of higher-order effectful programs. Talks about work in progress are particularly encouraged. It has been held since 2012 in affiliation with ICFP. We solicit proposals for contributed talks, in plain text or PDF format. The motivation, the problem to solve, accomplished and anticipated results should be clear from two first pages of the submission. By default contributed talks are about 30 minutes long; proposals for shorter or longer talks will also be considered. Speakers may also submit supplementary material (e.g. a full paper, talk slides), which PC members are free (but not expected) to read. If you have any questions about the relevance of a particular topic, please contact the PC chairs, Oleg Kiselyov (oleg@okmij.org) and Ohad Kammar (ohad.kammar@ed.ac.uk).
