The ISVLSI proceedings will be indexed in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. CONTRIBUTIONs ARE SOUGHT IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ------------------------------------------------ Circuits, Reliability, and Fault-Tolerance (CRT): Computer-Aided Design and Verification (CAD): Digital Circuits and FPGA based Designs (DCF): Emerging and Post-CMOS Technologies (EPT): System Design and Security (SDS): VLSI for Applied and Future Computing (AFC): ------------------------------------------------ The symposium program will include technical sessions by contributed papers and invited speakers by the Program Committee as well as a poster session. The keynotes, panels, special sessions, research demo sessions, and Student Research Forum are planned as well. PAPER SUBMISSION DEADLINES: -------------------------------------------------- Paper Submission Deadline: EXTENDED: March 14, 2021 Acceptance Notification: May 9, 2021 Submission of Final Version: May 23, 2021 -------------------------------------------------- Authors are invited to submit full-length, original, unpublished manuscripts in IEEE proceedings format (up to 6 pages) at https://edas.info/27556. Selected high quality papers will be further invited for submission to a journal special issue. Special Sessions and Panels (SSP): ISVLSI 2021 will consider proposals for special sessions as well as panels. Special session and panel proposals/papers can be submitted to "Special Sessions and Panels" track at the online submission link. Special Session Proposal Deadline: March 14, 2021 All accepted special session papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Student Research Forum (SRF): ISVLSI 2021 will host a student research forum. Authors should submit their original unpublished work of maximum 6 pages using IEEE-CS double-column conference format-template. Manuscripts in PDF format with author information (optional) should be submitted to the “Student Research Forum” track at the online submission link. The submission deadline is the same as specified for the regular paper submissions. All the accepted student research symposium papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Research Demo Session (RDS); ISVLSI 2021 will host a research demo session. In the Research Demo Session (RDS), authors can present live demonstrations and hardware prototypes of their research papers and projects. The research demo submission can be between 1-page (extended abstract) to a maximum of 4-pages (short paper). Award Information: Student Travel Awards and Best Paper Awards will be available. Selected student authors will be awarded with free conference registrations for students of US universities. ------------------------------------ ORGANIZING COMMITTEE: ------------------------------------ General Chairs: ------------------- Hao Zheng, U. of South Florida Deming Chen, U. of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Program Chairs: ------------------ Srinivas Katkoori, U. of South Florida Sandip Ray, U. of Florida Special Session Chairs: ------------------------- Wei Zhang, Hong Kong U of Science and Technology Selcuk Kose, U of Rochester Michael Huebner, Brandenburg U of Technology Research Demo Chairs: ------------------- Jeff Goeders, BYU Yingyan Lin, Rice U.
