On behalf of the International Conference on Modeling, Simulation and Applied Optimization (ICMSAO-2011) organizers, I am very pleased to welcome all of you to our portal for the conference. The conference will provide a forum where engineers, scientists, and mathematicians from academia and industry can meet to share ideas of latest research work in all branches of Science and Engineering involving the modeling and simulation of processes and systems. The first conference (ICMSAO) was held in Sharjah, UAE in 2005, the second one was held in Abu Dhabi, UAE 2007 and the third one (ICMSAO’09) was held in Sharjah, UAE January 20-22, 2009. Then the coming fourth one, ICMSAO-2011 will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on April 19 – 21, 2011. Prospective authors are invited to submit their articles for this conference.
