IEEE CPSCom-2021 Call for Papers
The 14th IEEE International Conference on Cyber, Physical and Social Computing (CPSCom 2021) December 06 - 08, 2021, Melbourne, Australia http://nsclab.org/cpscom2021/ It is our great honor and pleasure to welcome you to the 2021 IEEE International Conference on Cyber, Physical and Social Computing (CPSCom 2021) hosted on Dec. 06-08, 2021 in Melbourne, Australia. CPSCom 2021 will provide a high-profile leading-edge forum for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to present state-of-art advances and innovations. We seek submissions of papers addressing new techniques, introducing innovative methodologies, and proposing new Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), Cyber-Social Systems (CSS), and Cyber-Physical-Social Systems (CPSS) research directions. * Important Dates Paper Submission: September 5, 2021, AoE (Firm deadline without extension) Notification of Acceptance: October 1, 2021, AoE Registration and Camera-ready Due: October 15, 2021, AoE Conference Dates: December 06 - 08, 2021, Monday-Wednesday * Topics To recognize research excellence, a number of paper awards will be awarded at the conference. Nominations were based on reviewers’ scores and comments and were recommended by CPSCom members. Our appreciation goes to the researchers worldwide who will contribute their excellent work to the outstanding Technical Program of CPSCom 2021. We hope that you will enjoy the conference and find the technical program exciting. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Track 1: System & Design 1) Architectures for CPSS 2) Low power and energy harvesting 3) Real-time systems 4) Wearable devices management 5) System-level design methodology 6) Embedded hardware and software 7) Hyper-connected smart devices 8) Embedded middleware design Track 2: Data & Services 1) Distributed / federated learning services 2) CPSS data processing and AI 3) Data-driven services in CPSS 4) Data mining platforms for CPSS 5) Cloud-fog-edge computing 6) Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) 7) Distributed computing of big data 8) Smart services platform 9) Incremental computing of big data 10) Tensor computing in CPSS 11) Multi-attributes matching in CPSS Track 3: Networks & Communications 1) Wireless sensor networks 2) Radio frequency identification 3) Sensor network and communications 4) 5G Communications 5) Communications in edge computing 6) Machine-to-machine communications 7) Energy efficient in wireless networks 8) Green communication Track 4: Technologies & Applications 1) Internet-of-Things 2) E-health in CPSS 3) Tensor Computing with Application 4) Smart city and smart world 5) Privacy and privacy-preserving systems 6) Safety critical CPSS 7) Adaptive and intelligent systems 8) Deep learning in CPSS 9) Blockchain-based applications in CPSS 10) Biological information processing * Journal Special Issues Selected papers presented at the IEEE Cybermatics Congress 2021 will be invited to consider submission (after significant extension) to the special issue in the following SCI-indexed journals: • IEEE Network Magazine • IEEE Internet of Things Journal • Telecommunication Systems • Journal of Ambient Intelligence and Humanized Computing • International Journal of Intelligent Systems • Mobile Information Systems • Cluster Computing • Journal of Signal Processing Systems • MDPI Electronics • MDPI Sensors * Submission and Publication Information All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conference website with PDF format. Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. A submission is limited to 8 pages for main conference regular papers, 6 pages for workshop papers or short papers in the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Format with Portable Document Format (.pdf). A submission can have at most 4 additional pages with the pages overlength charge if accepted. Papers must be clearly presented in English, including tables, figures, references and appendices. Papers will be selected based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation assessed by at least three reviewers. Submission of a paper should be regarded as a commitment that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register and present the work, with either online or offline presentation. IEEE CPSCom 2021 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from the digital library and indexing services), if the paper is not presented at the conference. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted in the IEEE for indexing. Distinguished papers presented at the conference, after further revision, will be published in special issues of high quality international journals. Two or three outstanding papers will be selected to receive the Best Paper Awards. * Organizing Committees General Co-Chairs Tari Zahir, RMIT University, Australia Ruidong Li, Kanazawa University, Japan Program Chairs James Zheng, Macquarie University, Australia Tom Luan, Xidian University, China Xiao Liu, Deakin University, Australia Publicity Co-Chairs Lei Pan, Deakin University, Australia Xueqin Liang, Aalto University, Finland Track Chairs Mingsong Chen, East China Normal University, China Yipeng Zhou, Macquarie University, Australia Aswani Kumar Cherukuri, VIT University, India Bo Liu, University of Technology Sydney, Australia Steering Committee Chairs Jianhua Ma, Hosei University, Japan Laurence T.
