Accepted articles will be published in the Spring 2016 issue of Connections, and expected to contribute to the policy debate preceding the NATO 2016 Summit in Warsaw, in particular on how to make NATO and Europe safer and assist partner countries, without infringing on democratic principles and freedoms.
