Policies for Countering Hybrid Warfare
The open access journal Connections is the flagship publication of the Partnership for Peace Consortium of Defense Academies and Security Studies Institutes, http://pfp-consortium.org/. Its Editorial Board announces this call for articles on the challenges and modalities of deterring and countering hybrid warfare activities. In preparing your manuscript, please follow these Guidelines, http://connections-qj.org/guide-authors. Accepted articles will be published in the Spring 2016 issue of Connections, and expected to contribute to the policy debate preceding the NATO 2016 Summit in Warsaw, in particular on how to make NATO and Europe safer and assist partner countries, without infringing on democratic principles and freedoms.
