Abstract/Full Paper must be prepared in English or Turkish.

Abstract/Full Paper sent to the symposium will be accepted after being evaluated by the Scientific Committee. The evaluation result will be notified to the person who submitted the paper via e-mail or Microsoft CMT system.

At least one of the authors mentioned in the paper must register for the symposium.

Presentation texts should be prepared in English, while oral presentations can be made in English or Turkish.

Abstract/Full Paper texts of accepted and presented papers will be published in the Abstract Book. The Abstract/Proceeding Book will be published electronically. Abstracts/Full papers not presented at the symposium will not be included in the Abstract Book.
