The best paper award will be chosen by the organizing committee in consultation with advisory committee based on both presentation and technical content of the paper.

Paper Submission
All papers must be submitted through the conference submission website http://www.pacc2011.org by 31st march 2011. Please download the template from the conference website. Paper must be submitted in English. Upon acceptance authors will be required to register and present their papers.

Invited Sessions
Prospective organizers of invited sessions are invited to submit proposals focusing on topics of PACC2011 to the organizing secretaries by 31st march 2011. Invited sessions are to provide a forum for focused discussions on new topics (or) innovative applications of proven approaches.
