The peer-reviewed conference papers will be published by the Springer Series in Communications in Computer
and Information Science (CCIS).

E. Workshop and Tutorials:

Proposals for workshops running concurrently with the main conference on specialized topics within the broad
areas of information systems, information technology and information management are invited. Proposals are
also invited for special sessions comprising five to seven papers on a specific topic within the broad areas
of information systems, information technology and information management.
Proposals for half-day tutorials on topics of interest also invited.

F. Submission Guidelines:

Original, unpublished manuscripts of up to 10-pages including figures and references must follow the
Springer LNCS/CCIS single-column format. Details on submission guidelines (using the EasyChair) system are
