This year our conference is dedicated to famous Estonian German scientist Thomas Johann Seebeck, born in May 250 years ago. Thomas Johann Seebeck discovered the thermoelectric effect, which starts to play important role in energy harvesting actions on the molecular level today. Tallinn University of Technology has been hosted the Baltic Electronics Conferences since 1987. The conferences have taken place regularly and in every second year. Since March 23, 2006 we are we are an officially IEEE-supported conference. The aim of the Conference is to promote research and development in the field of electronics and embedded systems, particularly in the Baltic Sea region.
