- Notification to authors: April 6, 2020
- Conference dates: June 16-19, 2020

CONFERENCE SCOPE:
The International Baltic Conference on Databases and Information Systems is an international forum, which provides an environment to exchange research findings and ideas for researchers, practitioners and PhD students on the crucial matters on engineering reliable, secure and sustainable information systems with data and data analysis in the central role.

The 14th edition of the Baltic DB&IS conference will feature original research and application papers on the theory, design, implementation and security of today's IS on a set of themes and issues.
It will continue a series of successful biennial conferences previously held in Trakai (1994, 2018), Tallinn (1996, 2002, 2008, 2014), Riga (1998, 2004, 2010, 2016), and Vilnius (2000, 2006, 2012).

The Baltic DB&IS 2020 conference will take place in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, whose picturesque medieval Old Town is known around the world for its well-preserved completeness and authentic Hanseatic architecture.
Enchanting atmosphere, rich cultural scene, beautiful surroundings, cutting-edge restaurants, cafés and clubs - there is certainly something for everyone in Tallinn.

On 18 June 2020 a special Security day addressing the topics of security of data and information systems will be held in Tartu (Estonia). The Security day is a part of the Baltic DB&IS 2020 program.
