18-22 November 2019, Sydney, Australia http://www.psivt.org/psivt2019/index.html Important Dates: • Paper submission: July 14, 2019 • Notification of acceptance: August 28, 2019 The Pacific-Rim Symposium on Image and Video Technology (PSIVT) is a premier level biennial series of symposia that aim at providing a forum for researchers and practitioners who are being involved or are contributing to theoretical advances or practical implementations in image and video technology. The ninth Pacific-Rim Symposium on Image and Video Technology (PSIVT 2019) will be held at Sydney, Australia from 18th to 22th November 2019. Call for Papers The Program Committee of the Ninth PSIVT2019 invites the submission of technical papers for the main technical track of the conference which will be held at Sydney, Australia from November 18th to 22th, 2019. Submissions are invited on significant, original, and previously unpublished research on all aspects of image and video technology. All papers will receive mindful and rigorous reviews. The Pacific-Rim Symposium on Image and Video Technology (PSIVT) has been held eight times. It is a highly referenced conference that will provide authors with useful critical feedback. PSIVT 2019 provides a forum for who are being involved or are contributing to both the theoretical advances and practical implementations to publish research findings and exchange experiences in related topics. PSIVT 2019 is seeking high-quality submissions in the broad field of image and video technology. The topics of interests include, but are not limited to the following: • Imaging and Graphics Hardware and Visualization. • Image/Video Coding and Transmission. • Image/Video Processing and Analysis. • Image/Video Retrieval and Scene Understanding. • Applications of Image and Video Technology. • Biomedical Image Processing and Analysis. • Biometrics and Image Forensics. • Computational Photography and Arts. • Computer and Robot Vision. • Pattern Recognition. • Video Surveillance. Contact Us: Email: mpaul@csu.edu.au Other Information: All papers of the past PSIVT conferences have EI-indexed already. The papers of PSIVT2019 will be published as LNCS and will be EI-indexed. And the extended version of the selected papers will be published on the special issue of SCI journal. PSIVT2019 review is a double-blind process, i.e. authors do not know the names of the reviewers of their papers and reviewers do not know the names of the authors. Authors are advised not to reveal their identity in the paper, especially when self-citing your previous work and your experimental data. A paper failing to observe the double-blind policy will be rejected without a review. (notice: Papers must comply with the PSIVT2019 proceedings style (i.e., LNCS format), and have a maximum length of 14 pages. Papers exceeding 14 pages will be rejected prior to being reviewed. All submissions will be handled electronically via the conference's submission site.) |
