With the fast development of Internet and Web technologies, better qualities of e-learning systems are highly demanded. It has been known that the application of intelligent approaches can provide better learning environments, but many issues need to be resolved before an effective and efficient intelligent e-learning system is possible. This special session invites contributions/papers in e-learning area from fundamental aspects as well as to their various practical applications related to various technologies. The followings are the topics of interest but not limited to:

• E-learning technologies and tools
• E-learning content and deliveries
• E-learning security
• E-learning evaluation and Assessment
• Educational mining
• Intelligent tutoring system





SUBMISSION GUIDELINES



Papers are invited from prospective authors with interest on the related areas. Each paper should consist of a title, authors‘ names, postal and email addresses, an up to 150-words abstract, a two-column body with 4 to 6 pages in double column IEEE format. All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format using the submission system located at: http://www.uoc.edu/symposia/incos2009/
