INTRODUCTION
The international conference on Wireless Networks and Mobile Communications (WINCOM) is a flagship conference of MobiTic association. The 7th edition will be held in the imperial city and scientific capital of Morocco, Fez, on October 29-November 01, 2019.
WINCOM'19 aims at examining the various challenges in the areas of wireless networks & mobile communications. The conference will provide a forum for exchanging ideas, discussing solutions, and sharing experiences among researchers and professionals from both academia and industry interested in wireless networks and mobile communications.
After the success of the six previous editions (Fez'2013, Rabat'2014, Marrakech'2015, Fez'2016, Rabat'2017, Marrakech'2018), WINCOM '19 comes back in Fez with the aim of becoming a ranked international IT conference.

PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
Papers should contain original material, which is not currently under review in any other conference or journal and has not been previously published. All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (devil) printed pages standard IEEE conference two-column format (minimum 10-point font) including figures, without incurring additional page charges (maximum 2 additional pages, with over length page fee).All submitted papers will go through a peer review process. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process and all submissions must be done through EDAS online submission system:

PAPER PUBLICATION
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases (SCOPUS, ISI Thomson, DBLP ...).
Papers of particular merit will be recommended for a possible special issue in an international journal. There will also be best papers awards.
