Josep Miquel Jornet is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering,
the director of the Ultrabroadband Nanonetworking (UN) Laboratory, and a member of the Institute for
the Wireless Internet of Things and the SMART Center at Northeastern University (NU).

The SLICO 1st workshop aims to be a forum for researchers and engineers
from academia and industry to present and discuss novel ideas, solutions
and results aiming to support the requirements of smart living and
communications applications on next generation network architectures.

SLICO is co-located with IEEE WoWMoM 2023.

Authors are invited to submit unpublished papers with novel research contributions,
addressing smart living and communication applications for next generation networks.

SLICO accepts two type of submissions: Full and Short Papers.
Both need to be presented in the workshop!

:Full Papers:
Papers submissions may be up to 10 pages (including figures and references) in IEEE two-column format.

:Short Papers:
Intended for Work In Progress.
Submissions may be up to 3 pages (including figures and references) in IEEE two-column format.
