Call For Papers

ICTE in Transportation and Logistics is interdisciplinary annual issue operating on the edge between transportation, logistics, economy and computer science highlighting sociotechnical aspects of any real sustainable system. The aim of the journal is promotion of introduction the latest ICTE achievements and active research methods in transportation and logistics involving citizens in decision making through participation in social networking. The issue will be the announcing area of successful research projects giving possibilities for fast dissemination the information about new findings.
The audience of the journal are academicians, municipalities, professional associations, industry professionals, researchers and students. Especially the participation of new generation researchers is encouraged.
Editorial board will involve representatives of universities, related scientific institutions and professional associations of Austria, Baltic States, China, Cyprus, Germany, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Poland, Russia, Spain, Turkey and Ukraine to promote covering wider audience as possible.
The main topics of the issue will be: Logistics information systems; Advanced research methods in logistics; Digital technologies in transportation and logistics; Sociotechnical aspects of logistics and transportation; Modeling and simulation in supply chains; Knowledge management for services quality development; Data visualization and virtualization in logistics; e-learning and e-involvement in related areas; Sustainability of transport systems, and other related areas.

1. The short abstracts (1000 signs no more) must be submitted by 31 July 2019 on e-mail: marek@dzti.edu.lv or egils.ginters@rtu.lv.
2. Full payment for publication (150.00€) should be transferred until 15 October 2019.
3. Full article (no more than 6-8 A4 pages) in electronic form (MS Word) must be submitted by 01 November 2019. Author kit will be sent after acceptance the abstracts.
