2026 the 18th International Conference on Signal Processing Systems (ICSPS) will be held in Xiamen, China during October 23-26, 2026. It is sponsored by Xiamen University, China, hosted by Key Laboratory of Underwater Acoustic Communication and Marine Information Technology Ministry of Education, Xiamen University, China, assisted by National Key Laboratory on Blind Signal Processing, China; Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, China; Southwest Jiaotong University, China and Biomedical Measurement Branch of Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering (CSBME), China.

The conference committee invites submissions of applied or theoretical research as well as of application-oriented papers on all the topics of ICSPS. Papers submitted to ICSPS 2026 will be subject to a double-blind peer review based on originality, contributions, presentation, relevance to conference, etc.

-Language: English is the official language of the conference. The paper should be written and presented only in English.
-Publication & Presentation: Full paper submission is required if you consider publishing your paper.
-Presentation Only: Abstract submission is acceptable for presentation only at ICSPS 2026.
-Paper Length：The full paper should be no less than 5 full pages in two columns, including all figures, tables, and references. When it exceeds 6 pages, extra page will be charged at 60 USD / 400 CNY per page.
