2025 the 17th International Conference on Signal Processing Systems (ICSPS) will be held in Chengdu, China during October 24-26, 2025. It is co-sponsored by IEEE and University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China, hosted by National Key Laboratory on Blind Signal Processing of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China, assisted by Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, China; Southwest Jiaotong University, China and Signal Processing Branch of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, China.

The conference committee invites submissions of applied or theoretical research as well as of application-oriented papers on all the topics of ICSPS. Papers submitted to ICSPS 2025 will be subject to a double-blind peer review based on originality, contributions, presentation, relevance to conference, etc.

-Language: English is the official language of the conference. The paper should be written and presented only in English.
-Publication & Presentation: Full paper submission is required if you consider publishing your paper.
-Presentation Only: Abstract submission is acceptable for presentation only at ICSPS 2025.
-Paper Length：The full paper should be no less than 4 full pages in two columns, including all figures, tables, and references. When it exceeds 5 pages, extra page will be charged at 70 USD / 500 CNY per page.
