We are delighted and honored to invite you to participate in the 8th International Conference on Business and Information Management (ICBIM 2024), taking place in Pattaya, Thailand from August 16 to 18, 2024. The conference is organized by Rangsit University, Thailand, co-organized by Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok, and Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat and University.
The aim of the 8th International Conference on Business and Information Management (ICBIM 2024) is to provide a platform for researchers, academics, and industry experts to share their latest research findings and innovative ideas in the field of Business and Information Management, covering a wide range of topics, including information systems and e-commerce. By bringing together experts from different fields and backgrounds, the conference will provide a valuable opportunity for collaboration and knowledge sharing, with the ultimate goal of advancing the field of Business and Information Management and addressing the challenges facing the industry.

All accepted and registered papers that are presented at ICBIM 2024 will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE. The proceedings will be featured on IEEE Xplore. Content loaded into Xplore is made available by IEEE to its abstracting and indexing partners, including Elsevier (Scopus, Ei Compendex), Clarivate Analytics (CPCI—part of Web of Science) and others, for potential inclusion in their databases.
Attendance and active participation in the conference, including the delivery of a presentation, is compulsory for at least one author of each accepted paper.

Submission Guidelines
Step 1: Initial Submission
Submission Method:
Please log in the Electronic Submission System to submit your full paper and abstract.

Formatting Your Paper:
Prospective authors are invited to submit their draft paper (at least 5 pages as template style). Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for presentation or publication elsewhere. Please follow the formatting instructions for the draft paper:
1. Paper Length: Minimum 5 pages, including figures, tables & references. Extra page will be charged from Page 6.
2. The first page must include: Title of the paper; Name, affiliation, E-mail address for each author; keywords.

Step 2: Receive Notification of Acceptance or Rejection
On or before the scheduled date, you will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the paper by the organizing committee through e-mail. Only accepted authors can move on to the next step.

Step 3: Final Submission
Reflecting the reviewers' comments, you need to create the final version of the paper.

Submission Requests
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
3. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4. Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”.
