The IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits, and Systems (ICECS) is the flagship conference of the IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) Society, Region 8 (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). The conference annually presents papers from the whole world on design methodologies, techniques, and experimental results in emerging electronics, circuits, and systems topics. ICECS 2011 will include tutorials, regular sessions (lecture and poster), and special sessions. Lecture and poster sessions will be treated equally in terms of review process. ICECS 2011 will cover all aspects of the fields of electronics circuits and systems, including analog and digital electronics, solid-state circuits, power, high-speed, automotive, biomedical, and signal processing. Topics include, but are not limited to:
›› Linear and Non-linear Circuits and Systems ›› Digital Circuits and Computer Arithmetic ›› Analog and Mixed Signals Circuits ›› Signals Processing ›› MEMS/NEMS ›› Communication and RF Circuits and Systems ›› Green and Power Electronics ›› Low-Power Techniques and Harvesting Energy ›› Photonics and Optical Systems ›› Neural Networks and Fuzzy Systems ›› Control Systems, Mechatronics, and Robotics ›› Image Processing and Multimedia Systems ›› VLSI Systems, NoC, SoC, CAD, and Layout ›› Embedded and Systems Architectures ›› Bioengineering Circuits and Systems ›› Emerging Technologies Prospective authors are invited to submit a 4-page full paper describing original work. Papers should meet the standard IEEE 2-column format. Both lecture and poster formats have the same value, and presentation method will be chosen for suitability. All submissions should be made electronically at http://www.icecs2011.com. Students are encouraged to participate in the best student paper award contest. Accepted papers will be published in IEEE-Xplore subject to advance full-registration of at least one of the authors. A special issue based on a selection of extended and reviewed version of presented papers will be published in the Springer Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal International Journal. |
