Microelectronics is one of the most dynamically developing industries and is characterized, from the point of view of high growth rates, by outstanding achievements in the field of physics of process, and the development of methods of microelectronics devices designing. Thus creation and development of appropriate systems of automated designing has grown in importance.
CADSM Conference is intended to provide a possibility to discuss problems of optimization of technological processes of IC manufacturing, development of the models and design methods of microelectronics devices and technical systems, problems during design of microelecrtromechanical systems. Traditionally the problem of testing and reliability are considered within the frame work of the conference, as well as the new information technologies of automated designing and creation of learning systems. As the 10 successful previous ones, this conference will be held in Polyana, Svalyava region, Zakarpattya, Ukraine in the Carpathian Mountains and approximately 190 km drive south of Lviv. Lviv is one of the oldest historic cities in Europe - industrial and educational centre of the West Ukraine. There are international airport, railway, and bus stations in Lviv. We hope that the wonderful scenery and healthful air of the Carpathian Mountains will make for fruitful work at the conference and leave pleasant memories about the Conference. WORKING LANGUAGES All papers have to be prepared in English to be published in the Conference Programme and Conference Proceedings. English will be the official language of oral presentations during the Conference. CALL FOR PAPERS AND CONTRIBUTIONS Full paper should be submitted to the Organising Committee only in electronic form (MSWord, Rich Text Format). The required format is available on the Conference Web Page. Authors are asked to indicate the topic into which their papers fall.
