The 2019 IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM) will be held in Waikoloa on the beautiful Big Island, Hawaii, USA, from 9 -13 December 2019.

Themed “Revolutionizing Communications,” this flagship conference of the IEEE Communications Society will feature a comprehensive high-quality technical program including 13 symposia and a variety of tutorials and workshops.
