Supported by Saga University, the 5th International Conference on Fuzzy Systems and Data Mining (FSDM2019) will be held during October 18-21, 2019 in conjunction with the 9th International Conference on Electronics, Communications and Networks (CECNet2019) at Kitakyushu International Conference Center, Kitakyushu City, Japan. The annual event is aimed at providing a platform for knowledge exchange of the most recent scientific and technological advances in the fields of Fuzzy Systems and Data Mining, to strengthen the links in the scientific community.
FSDM2018, FSDM2017, FSDM2016 and FSDM2015 were held smoothly in Bangkok, Taiwan, Macau and Shanghai successively. With emphasis on Fuzzy Theory, algorithm and System, Fuzzy Application, Data Mining and Interdisciplinary field of Fuzzy Logic and Data Mining, FSDM2019 will feature plenary session, including keynote speeches, invited speeches, oral presentations and poster presentations. Kitakyushu, located on the northern tip of Kyushu Island, it is the second largest city in terms of population on this island. With views over the Sea of Japan and the Seto Inland Sea, and with forty percent of the city's area comprised of rich forest, it is a city blessed with an abundance of nature. It has many notable attractions include Kokura Castle, the port town of Mojiko Retro, the Hiraodai Limestone Plateau (one of the three major karst plateaus of Japan), and many leisure facilities. Kitakyushu City also has a vast menu of appetizing dishes, such as Kokura beef, and Yaki-udon, as well as many other delicacies harvested from the mountains and sea. On behalf of the organizing committee, we cordially invite scientists, experts as well as scholars all over the world to participate in FSDM2019 in Kitakyushu City, Japan! Researchers and practitioners are encouraged to submit original, unpublished contributions via the Online Submission System. The topics of interest include but are not limited to: 1. Fuzzy Theory, Algorithm and System: Stability of fuzzy systems Mathematical foundations of fuzzy systems Rough set Fuzzy optimization and modeling Fuzzy decision and support Fuzzy algorithm Fuzzy control Fuzzy architectural spatial analysis Fuzzy classification Fuzzy complex Fuzzy concept Fuzzy control language Fuzzy control system Fuzzy electronics Fuzzy subalgebra Fuzzy diagnosis 2.
