Papers should be in English, strictly not exceeding 5 double-column pages. Use the standard IEEE templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats found at: http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/AuthorTools/conferenceTemplates.html Authors are expected to present their papers at the conference, and at least one author must register at the full rate for publication. |
