The deadline for paper submission is November 4, 2018. All papers will be reviewed by the program committee and published as the conference proceedings in Springer Series (indexing: the books of this series are submitted to ISI, SCOPUS, DBLP, Ulrichs, MathSciNet, Current Mathematical Publications, Mathematical Reviews, Zentralblatt Math: MetaPress and Springerlink).
The paper submission is organized via Springer OCS (registration required).
