Call For Papers

The First International Conference on Computational Problem-Solving (ICCP-2010), sponsored by IEEE and University of Electronic Science Technology of China, is to be held on the 3rd~5th December 2010

ICCP-2010 will bring together international researchers in the fields of computational electromagnetic, digital signal processing, computer networks, computational intelligence, and other general topics in computing technologies. The ultimate goal of this conference is to identify prominent ideas in this plethora of research domains, capable of envisioning the next-generation computation and internet technologies.
Prospective contributors are invited to submit theoretical, developmental, and industrial, as well as work-in-progress papers, with topics of interest including, but not limited to:

• Computational Electromagnetics
• Digital Signal Processing
• Computer Networks
• Computational Intelligence and Applications
• General Computation

All accepted papers will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Authors of selected papers presented at ICCP-2010 will be invited to submit an extended version of their manuscripts to the ICCP Thematic Issue of Memetic Computing Journal. Edited book volumes are being planned and authors of papers that fit into certain specific focus will be invited to contribute to the edited volumes to be published by Springer. Competitions aimed as platform to showcase successful demonstrations of computational problem-solving techniques in a good-spirited competitive environment are being planned for the conference. Further information will be made available by the ICCP-2010 Competition Chairs in due course.
