Workshop on Data Mining with Graphs and Matrices (WDGM’10), July 29, 2010, Tiruchirappalli, India

The International Workshop on Data Mining with Graphs and Matrices (WDGM’10) will provide a platform for researchers to explore cutting-edge ideas, techniques and results involving data mining with graphs and matrices. To be held in conjunction with the International Conference on Data Engineering and Management (ICDEM 2010), we invite original research contributions and industrial papers from varied domains. The scope of WDGM will be broad and will encompass diverse topics.

The relevant topics include theoretical foundations of data mining using graphs and matrices with applications including but not limited to the following areas:

• Social networks
• Preparing data for web mining
• Genomics and bioinformatics
• Mining Web data
• Information retrieval
• Multimedia data mining
• Business intelligence
• Medical data
• Visual analytics

Submission Procedure

All submissions in PDF must be prepared in Springer LNCS style ((http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-7-72376-0)) . Paper length should not be more than 6 pages. Submissions are reviewed in a double-blind manner.
