For Presentation: Abstract Submission (1 page) / Full Paper Submission (6-8 pages)
For Poster & Demo: Abstract Submission (no more than 500 words)
*Abstract submission (1 page) and acceptance are required to deliver a presentation at the Conference. Full Paper submission (6-8 pages) is optional, but required if authors want their papers considered for the IEEE Xplore Conference Proceedings.

Guidelines for Abstract/Paper Submission
https://sites.google.com/view/pnc-2022/call-for-papers-and-posters/abstractpaper-submission

Authors are invited to submit the abstracts or full papers through the online submission system by May 31, 2022 (UTC+08:00). The final manuscript (camera ready) should be ready by July 31, 2022 (UTC+08:00).

Kindly note that there will be NO hybrid sessions in this event. Most sessions are going to be in-person in Tucson with no live streaming. Few online-only sessions would be prepared due to the ongoing development of the COVID-19.

Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously while being evaluated for this conference. The full paper length is 6-8 pages, including figures and tables but not including references. All submitted papers must conform to the IEEE Xplore Format for conference proceedings.

As the reviewing will be blind, papers must not include authors' names and affiliations. Furthermore, self-references that reveal the author's identity, e.g., "We previously showed (Smith, 1991) ..." must be avoided. Instead, use citations such as "Smith previously showed (Smith, 1991) ..." Papers that do not conform to these requirements will be rejected without review.

Papers should not refer, for further detail, to documents that are not available to the reviewers. For example, do not omit or redact important citation information to preserve anonymity. Instead, use third person or named reference to this work, as described above (“Smith showed” rather than “we showed”).
