SmartCloud 2018 aims to collect recent academic achievements in novel techniques, developments, empirical studies, and new developments in cloud computing. The concentration of SmartCloud 2018 is enabling cloud computing to become an efficient approach for delivering intelligent services and forming advanced distributed systems, which are aligned with other updated technologies, such as data mining and big data.
