Overview.
The Third International Conference on Smart IT Applications (SITA2011) will be held in Seoul, Korea, at Soongsil University. Authors are invited to submit papers describing advances and applications in communication, signal processing, robotics, computer vision, electric circuit and controls. Submission of papers in other related topics are also welcome. Topics of interest include (but not limited to) the following: 1.Communication and Signal Processing Communication Theory and Systems, Security Signal Processing, Neural Networks and Fuzzy Logic Processing, Artificial Intelligence and Applications, Multimedia Services and Technologies, Intelligent Communication Systems and Network Protocols, Wireless/Mobile Communications, Image, Voice, Video and Biological Signal Processing and Others. 2.Robotics and Vision Complex Systems, Intelligent Systems, Networked Control Systems, Pattern recognition, Biological Systems, Man-Machine Interactions, Intelligent Automation, Robot Control, Mobile Robots, Robot Sensing, Data Fusion, Image/Video analysis, Feature Extraction, Grouping and Segmentation, Learning in Vision, Human-computer interaction, Tracking and surveillance, Biometrics, Biomedical Image Analysis and Others. 3.Electric circuit, Control theory and applications Sensor/Actuator Systems, Wireless Sensors and Sensor Networks, Virtual Instruments, AI, Intelligent Control, Neuro-Control, Fuzzy Control and Applications, Automotive Control Systems and Autonomous Vehicles, Digital/ Analog / Mixed-Signal Circuits and Others. 4.Other Application Areas Public Security Systems, Intelligent Transportation, Logistics, Manufacturing, Environmental Monitoring, Health Care, Education, Distance Education, Entertainment and Others. Paper Submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit papers electronically via the system Paper Plaza found at http://sita.sdust.edu.cn/submission.html. Paper templates and submission instructions will also be available at this site. Paper submissions are due by May 5, 2011 and should be no more than 8 pages in length. Paper Publications: Accepted papers will be published by “The Journal of Measurement Science and Instrumentation”.
