Authors are invited to submit a full paper according toz posted guidelines. Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Authors are expected to present their papers at the Symposium upon acceptance and presenting authors are required to register for the Symposium. Accepted papers will be included in the IEEE Xplore database and in the Elsevier EI Compendex.
