This 1st colloquium aims to cover the entire field of optical wireless communications (OWC) and bring together researchers from academia and industry working in OWC, to present, share, and discuss their latest research results. The colloquium will also included practical demonstration of working systems. High quality and original technical papers are solicited to be presented at this event.
