IEEE VTC2015-Spring Recent Results & Workshops Submit by Wednesday 17 December 2014 -------------------------------------------------------------------- IEEE 81st Vehicular Technology Conference (IEEE VTC2015-Spring) 11-14 May 2015, Glasgow, Scotland www.vtc2015spring.org -------------------------------------------------------------------- Call for Recent Results Papers: As an adjunct to the VTC2015-Spring conference, the Technical Program Committee is offering a Recent Results track that will offer the opportunity for rapid publication of emerging work by industry and academia. Authors have the option of seeking an oral or poster presentation accompanied by a paper in the proceedings, or a demo accompanied by a short paper. The Recent Results track will accept submissions in all topics relevant to VTC. It differs from other tracks in that submission of 2-page abstracts (with results) will be considered as well as 5-page full papers. All abstracts submitted to the Recent Results track will undergo peer-review by subject matter experts, and the full paper version of accepted submissions will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore (conditional on presentation by one of the authors at the conference). All submissions should emphasize the novelty of the work and the results obtained. Additional details and submission instructions at http://www.ieeevtc.org/vtc2015spring/cfp-rr.php. Important dates: Submit papers for review by: 17 December 2014 Acceptance notices sent: 26 January 2015 Final papers due: 16 February 2015 -------------------------------------------------------------------- Call for Workshop Papers: VTC2015-Spring will feature a range of focused, high quality workshops on subjects relating to 5G, advanced 4G, services and data, and smart grid. Workshops provide a forum for discussing work in progress, sharing views and ideas, and debating current trends. Registration packages for individual workshops without VTC will also be available. The full paper version of accepted workshop papers will be published in the VTC2015-Spring conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore (conditional on presentation by one of the authors at the workshop).
