The 9th International Symposium on Chinese Spoken Language Processing (ISCSLP 2014) will be held on September 12-14, 2014 in Singapore. ISCSLP 2014 is a joint conference between ISCA Special Interest Group on Chinese Spoken Language Processing and National Conference on Man-Machine Speech Communication of China. ISCSLP is a biennial conference for scientists, researchers, and practitioners to report and discuss the latest progress in all theoretical and technological aspects of spoken language processing.

While the Chinese language is emphasized, works on other languages that may be applied to Chinese speech and language are also encouraged. The working language of ISCSLP is English. However, there is a special track to accept Chinese paper submissions.

Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length, five-page papers for presentation in any of the areas listed above. All papers will be handled and reviewed electronically and details can be found in the conference website http://www.iscslp2014.org. The ISCSLP-2014 also invites proposals of special sessions and welcomes exhibitions of products and demos of research prototypes within the areas relevant to the conference.
