The 27th International Conference on Telecommunications (ICT 2020), technically co-sponsored by IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc), is seeking highly-innovative and state-of-the-art research outputs from academia, the telecommunication industry as well as recent advances in standardization. Call for Tutorials
-----------------------
Proposals are solicited for half-day Tutorials from leading researchers. Tutorials provide clear and focused teaching material covering new and emerging topics within the scope of telecommunications.

Call for Special Sessions
--------------------------------
Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality original technical papers following the rules of the Main Track. Special sessions topic (regularly updated):
• Optical Networks and Systems
• Machine Learning for Wireless Networks
• Telemetry and Signal Processing for Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)
• RFID and Sensing Technologies for the Internet of Things (IoT)
