The 27th International Conference on Telecommunications (ICT 2020), technically co-sponsored by IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc), is seeking highly-innovative and state-of-the-art research outputs from academia, the telecommunication industry as well as recent advances in standardization. Tutorials provide clear and focused teaching material covering new and emerging topics within the scope of telecommunications. Call for Special Sessions -------------------------------- Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality original technical papers following the rules of the Main Track.
