CALL FOR PAPERS
====================================

We invite all members of the international computer communications and networking community to submit their works to the 39th International Conference on Information Networking (ICOIN) to be held in the beautiful city of Chiang Mai, Thailand from 15-17 January 2025. ICOIN is organized by the Korea Institute of Information Scientists and Engineers (KIISE). It is technically co-sponsored by IEEE and IEICE. For almost 40 years since its beginning as the Joint Workshop on Computer Communication in 1986, ICOIN has been the most comprehensive conference focused on the various aspects of advances in computer communication and networking technologies. Computer communication and networking technologies have changed every aspect of our lives and societies. ICOIN 2025 will continue to play a pivotal role in the new IT paradigms which will impact various sectors of our future society. Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that demonstrate recent advances in computer communication, wireless/mobile networks, and converged networks from a theoretical and practical perspective.

SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION
====================================

* Full/Short Papers
Authors are invited to submit full papers (5~6 pages) or short papers (3~4 pages) electronically as PDF files through EDAS. The direct link for paper submission is https://edas.info/N32446. Details about the submission process, including formatting instructions, will be available at the conference website: http://www.icoin.org. Papers must be submitted using the IEEE conference template. The direct link for the template is https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. All submitted papers are subject to peer reviews by the technical program committee members. Accepted full/short papers for presentation at the conference will appear in the proceedings and will be available to participants during the conference. More details will be made available in subsequent announcements and on our website. There will be best paper awards for outstanding contributed papers. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and made available in IEEE Xplore.

* Abstract Papers
Authors are also invited to submit abstract papers (1~2 pages). The submission and peer review processes are the same as the full/short papers. All accepted abstract papers will be presented at the conference and will appear in the conference proceedings, but they will not be included in the IEEE Xplore proceedings.
